Companies looking for space to occupy in the Haverhill area should consider The EpiCentre at Haverhill Research Park where the pricing policy, for qualifying companies, includes business rates relief of up to 100% for the next five years providing they sign an occupational contract by 31st March 2021.
 

The EpiCentre managed by Oxford Innovation can offer this discount in the rental package because 35-acres of the park falls within the Cambridge Compass Enterprise Zone. The business rates discount is subject to qualification criteria.

Centre manager, Kelly Boosey, say: “We appreciate that for young, entrepreneurial companies cashflow is key and saving on business rates is a great way to ensure that investment in business development is directed into helping their businesses grow.

“Come to The EpiCentre and take advantage of a discounted inclusive licence fee, the business support provided by Oxford Innovation which will qualify you to benefit from the ‘Enterprise Zone Pricing Initiative’.

Launched in 2016 the enterprise zone was promoted by the Greater Cambridge Greater Peterborough Enterprise Partnership (LEP), now the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority.
