The office spaces at The EpiCentre range from space for 5 to 14 people. These spaces are ideal for start-ups, scale-ups, innovation-led businesses and established SMEs who want a modern, connected office environment.
Are you only open during business hours?
No. You have access 24/7 so you can work to suit your needs. Our fully serviced reception is open from 08:30 to 17:00 weekdays.
Can the layout of your offices be customised to suit my needs?
Yes. We know every business has different needs and preferences for their office layout. The EpiCentre office spaces are a blank canvas for you to move straight into.
Are the office spaces at The EpiCentre furnished?
No. The office spaces at The EpiCentre do not come furnished, allowing businesses to personalise their space and create a unique working environment that absolute fits your needs. If you’d like us to connect you with office designers or furniture suppliers, please just ask.
Is the internet connectivity reliable and high speed?
Yes. We have high speed, reliable and secure internet at The EpiCentre. We understand the importance of a strong and stable internet connection in today’s digital age, which is why we have invested in top quality IT infrastructure and security.
Can I scale up or downsize my office space as needed?
Yes. Our flexible licence agreements give you the flexibility to adjust your office space as your business evolves. Whether your business grows and requires more square footage, or if you need to downsize due to changing circumstances, The EpiCentre team is dedicated to finding the perfect solution for your changing needs.
Can I host meetings at The EpiCentre?
Yes. We have a number of meeting rooms at The EpiCentre, from the 10 person Boardroom to a full Conference Room for up to 50 participants. Our meeting and training rooms include wifi, digital screen and write-on walls so you get the most from your time here.
Do you offer catering?
Yes. We have an onsite café bistro which is open to everyone. We can arrange catering packages to suit your meeting needs at The EpiCentre.
Do I need to pay or book parking at The EpiCentre?
No. You do not have to book or pay for parking at The EpiCentre. Our large carpark includes 120 spaces, six EV chargers, a cycle storage area and motorbike parking.
Are there additional benefits of working at The EpiCentre?
Yes. The EpiCentre team are here to support you. They can introduce you to the wider ecosystem, run monthly free-to-attend networking session, workshops and business events.
