Hosted by The EpiCentre with this month’s guest speaker – Zoe Godfrey from “No Booze Network” – as it’s dry January after all.
From my own personal experience of ditching the booze, I understand the challenges you face. I am the proud mother of two sons, two dogs and a cat, I love my garden and being out in nature. I am also a qualified yoga teacher who is passionate about health and wellbeing including running, lifting weights and cold water swimming.
