About this event

Join us for a live discussion with Angela Smith on funding sources for early-stage businesses.

We plan to cover the following topics:

  • What are the sources of funding available today, and how do I get access to them?
  • How can you find information about investment and funding opportunities?
  • Grant funding: Do’s and Don’ts
  • Top 5 things to avoid

Innovation is an expensive occupation. The rewards can be great, but so is the upfront cost. You need money to develop the innovation to take it to market in order to make money from it. So, what is a company to do? Look at grant funding and investment. We’ll cover some key questions Angela is asked as Innovation and Growth Specialists while supporting companies through the Innovate UK EDGE initiative.

All this and more will be covered in the interview on the 23rd of February, Wednesday from 2 p.m. – 3 p.m.
