Our guest speaker will be Alicia Williams, who has recently set up her own social media company, The Social Mastery Co.
Alicia will discuss her journey into social media management alongside managing her health. Plus, how small businesses can use social media in a way that feels supportive rather than overwhelming.
She feels that some of the issues she can assist with are reducing the anxiety around short-form content, feeling more comfortable on camera, and simple, practical ways to approach content without it taking over.
Alicia will also share the new promotional video she recently created with the Federation of Small Businesses, as a nice visual example of what she does and her ambitions for the company.
